They have a very much prejudice agent working with them by the name of Ramon Tejeda! My family and I viewed an apt near cross county. Upon meeting Ramon the energy was off, but we loved the place and asked him what was the next step. He told us he would email everything over. After a view days and receiving nothing, I contacted Ramon multiple times and he finally responded and he told me the owner decided to go with someone else. Imagine my surprise when I got back on trulia and the apt is still listed! So I contacted Ramon on his personal number and he didn’t reply. So I applied for the apt again. And low & behold i received a email asking for my information, because clearly Ramon didn’t remember my email so he didn’t remember myself of my family! I went on besmatch site and saw I am not the only family he has done this to! Having a blatant racist representing your company is very disgusting! And he has some nerve being bias towards black people when this location isn’t in the best area of the Bronx!
